Cobra Sound will be providing the sound reinforcement services for the following Bluegrass event. Please read Ron's announcement below.

Hello everyone,

Wanted to let you know about a great opportunity Teresa & I were given to
help the Lupus Foundation of PA and get bluegrass into one of PA's most
unbelieveable performance venues!

The Community Ats Center in Williamsport, PA contacted us and asked if we
would produce a Lupus Benefit BG show in patnership with the CAC. Well,
on March 17th we will be bringing the St Patty's Day Bluegrass Gathering
to this magnificent stage.

Seven performers will share the stage from 2pm-11pm, with a supper break
from 6-7pm.

The performers are:
Steep Canyon Rangers - 2006 IBMA New Emerging Artists of the Year

The Biscuit Burners - One of the hottest young bands on the BG Circuit

The Hillbilly Gypsies - WV's hardest driving old-timey band.

Stained Grass Window - One of the most solid BG bands in the Northeast

Grass Stained Genes - A much sought after band from the Northern Tier.

Lockport Drifters - One fun and energetic BG band from just up the road

Partners in Time - The new guys on the block, formed just this year, made
up of guys who have been around the BG block a long time! They are going
to surprise a lot of people who have not heard them play.

There will be two ticket options:

Full Show ticket - $22
Includes 10 sets, all 7 bands, and admission to the Patron's Lounge, where
we will have all-day jamming and workshops, and a cash bar.

Second set ticket - $15
Five sets, from 7-11pm, includes our three feature bands, and Grass
Stained Window and Lockport Drifters.

There will be wristbands for each ticket, and you will be able to leave
the CAC and return, if you want to take a beak and enjoy some of
Williamsport's fine restaurants and shops.

The Genetti Hotel, located right beside the CAC is offering a BG show room
special of $55 for the night. They have reserved a block of rooms for the
show patrons. Just mention you are attending the BG show when you call to
get the special rate.

I have attached the performance schedule and the poster for the show.
We need you help promoting this event, and would like to make it an annual
event.
